Mark Hamilton is a University of Massachusetts-Lowell graduate with more than 35 years of plastics processing experience. His knowledge and applied skills include all aspects of injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, compression and transfer molding of composites, laminating, vessel & tank temperature control for pharmaceutical and food packaging, and metal & die castings. Mark provides strong customer service and support from the inception of a project through completion. Technical advice, ROI consultation, automation, process monitoring & SPC, start-ups, and application specifications are all part of his project services.  His enthusiastic team of Technical Sales Representatives covers all areas of New England and Eastern New York. They participate in industry trade shows and follow the Plastics Industry advances.

Mark is described as “Dedicated & Detailed” - he is good with that!

 

Ross has a BS in Engineering with Business Minor from Maine Maritime Academy. He promotes total system efficiency, and understands total cost of ownership. He will get the information you need to invest well, and timely support when you need it most. Prior to entering technical sales, Ross worked aboard oil rigs and commercial vessels in the US Merchant Marine. He also has managed industrial projects on site from Texas to Taiwan.

Ephraim is the HPE sales representative responsible for supporting customers in the southeastern region of New England.  A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he has more than 30 years of experience providing customers with solutions to their unique problems.   Ephraim has worked extensively in cross-functional teams and in collaborative environments throughout his career, allowing him to effectively communicate with customers with diverse needs.  He continues to strive to use his problem-solving skills and business training to provide the best customer experience to the manufacturing industry in New England.
